OUR TEAM

At One Harbor, we are an elder-led church made up of both staff and non-staff elders who work together to shepherd and equip the church. Alongside them is our staff team, with some serving centrally across all three sites, and others serving locally within each congregation. Together, we're working to faithfully lead, care for, and mobilize the church to follow Jesus in everyday ways and join His mission in our communities.

Directional Team

Our Directional Team consists of elders from each site who have been selected from the broader eldership and given authority to provide focused leadership to church-wide vision, strategy, and problem-solving. This allows a smaller group with time, experience, and gifting to handle the organizational and directional details, freeing the majority of our elders to focus primarily on pastoring and caring for people. The Directional Team works to ensure that our mission is clear, our efforts are unified, and our church continues moving forward in step with Jesus.
