Through hands-on ministry experience and intentional discipleship, our church internship program equips individuals to grow as servant leaders at One Harbor Church.

Our year-long internship is designed to provide invaluable ministry experience, equipping you to pursue your biblical calling of making disciples before stepping into your vocational calling—whether in ministry or the workforce. Our goal is to help you grow in your faith and deepen your understanding of ministry.
 
Throughout the internship, we focus on three core components: ministry shadowing, hands-on experience, and study. You’ll gain insight into various ministries at One Harbor through shadowing opportunities, develop practical skills by visiting and engaging with churches in the Advance Network, and expand your knowledge by studying topics including theology, spiritual formation, leadership, life skills, public speaking, and more.

This internship is a journey of growth, preparation, and discovery, aimed at equipping you for a life of faithful service and discipleship.
